Effective July 14, 2026. This policy explains what this independent referral website collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the name, phone number, optional email address, service issue, page or service selected, submission time, IP address, and browser user-agent. Calls may create a caller-ID record. If you leave a voicemail, we store the recording and its duration.

How we use and share it

We use the information to review the request, operate and secure the site, notify the site operator, and possibly refer the request to one independent local service provider. A provider that receives the request uses it under its own privacy practices. We also use infrastructure vendors that process data for us, including Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, Supabase for private lead and voicemail storage, Telnyx for telephone service, and Apple iMessage through a private local notification relay.

Retention and security

Lead and voicemail records are normally retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless needed for security, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation. Operational logs are minimized and are not intended to contain form or voicemail content. Data is sent over encrypted connections and private credentials are kept server-side, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access or delete a request by leaving a voicemail at (931) 463-0015 and clearly stating that it is a privacy request. Do not submit information about another person without permission. This site is intended for adults seeking local property services.

Referral relationship

This website is not a garage door contractor and does not perform or guarantee work. Sharing a request with one provider is the purpose of the referral service. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
